You are responsible for the safety of your pet with any of our products and will supervise them at all times. You agree to take appropriate action should your pet show any signs of distress or gives you concern for their welfare or safety or other third party safety. We are under no liability whatsoever (direct or indirect) for any accident, injury, ailment, loss, damage or expense suffered by the buyer or liability (whjatsoever) to any third parties caused by any of our products (this includes wearing a product, using a product or leaving a product around with or without your supervision). It is your responsibility to ensure that any products are used appropriately, suitably supervised and meet your specific requirements.
Canine & Co’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer and we shall not be liable for any consequential loss, save where such liability is imposed upon Canine & Co by statute. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Exclusion of Third Party Rights
These terms and conditions are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of our and your rights in relation to these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.
All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. If a product is recalled by the manufacturer for any reason, you will be contacted immediately.
Each sale of goods will be subject to these conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any order is made or purported to be made by you. No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed via email by us.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based within the delivery area and your payment is authorised for the transaction. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Upon submitting the order and providing us with your payment details, you shall confirm and undertake that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment facility and authorise us to deduct the full price of the goods and packaging and delivery charges
The deduction of monies from your account does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your account with the amount deducted.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.
You may cancel an order with us anytime prior to despatch. If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure.
All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and are correct at time of publishing. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to increase or decrease prices. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site without notice provided that if we accept an order from you the price for the goods will be the price set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.
All items are sold subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are subject to a delay or not available. Where there is a delay or a likelihood of delay in supply of products, we will advise you as soon as possible. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel or change your order. Or you may agree a further delivery time with us.
You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify Canine & Co of a problem within 14 days of receipt.
Canine & Co accepts all major debit/credit cards and PayPal payments. We also accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or postal order. Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods through this website, there will be a legally binding contract. All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
Delivery of the goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. We are unable to take specific delivery details as we use Royal Mail for delivery and cannot stipulate specific delivery requirements. We aim to dispatch all goods within one working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
Where products are delivered to you outside of the European Union you will be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, which are not included in the price of the products.
If an item is received in a condition which is deemed damaged, defective or faulty or not as specified on your order confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt, telling us whether you’d like an exchange (availability allowing) or refund.
Equally, if you wish to return your order, you can so within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Where goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights, and in accordance with our returns policy, we shall credit the payment card with the appropriate amount. Please allow up to 21 days during busy periods.
Unless the goods are deemed defective or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Canine & Co (the goods must be in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage). In both cases, we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
All goods returned must be in a saleable condition, in its original packaging and free from any marks or hair with tags still attached. Do not remove any tags unless you are sure of keeping the item you have purchased.
Please note that products in the sale are not eligible for a refund, however we can exchange a sale item for another product of the same value or we can offer a credit note which is valid for 12 months, non transferrable and holds no cash value. A credit note can be used as many times as you want over the 12 month period until the value is used.
Canine & Co are not liable for subsequent damage to goods supplied where that damage is deemed to be caused by you, your pets or any other party. This includes pets chewing, biting, pulling, tugging or catching their claws in a garment which results in damage to a product. You are responsible in ensuring that your pet is suitable to wear one of our products and that your pet is comfortable and happy wearing one of our products. Furthermore you agree to supervise your pet at all times whilst they are wearing, using or have access to any product purchased and you agree to take appropriate action should your pet show any signs of distress or gives you concern for their safety or other third party safety. Where any damage is caused to one of our garments whilst you are supervising your pet or out of your view, then you are deemed responsible for such damage to the product and therefore you will not be elgible for a refund, exchange, repair or replacement.

Canine & Co are open Monday to Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm and Friday 9.00am-1pm, we are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates and agents and our and their respective officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
